Job summary

Schroeder Projekt ElectroMechanic LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimation Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in construction estimation and UAE market exposure. You will review drawings and specs to develop accurate BOQs, estimates and tender quotations.

Role requires evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations and pricing for materials, labor, equipment and installation, with strong emphasis on market pricing and cost control. Abu Dhabi-based, in-person work.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical construction estimation.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Experience in obtaining and comparing supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Good knowledge of material, labor, equipment, and installation pricing.
• Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and tender quotations.
• Strong understanding of market pricing and project costing.
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Experience in preparing competitive and accurate tender prices.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
