Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Tender Estimator to own tenders from enquiry to submission in the UAE. You will review documents, perform take-offs, build up rates for labour, materials and plant, and prepare full cost estimates.

You will analyse subcontractor quotations, attend site visits, and support the bid team to deliver on time. Experience with a main contractor in UAE or GCC and a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering are preferred; CostX or similar tools should be familiar and you

• Estimating experience with a main contractor, UAE or GCC.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Strong take off and measurement skills.
• Familiar with CostX or similar.

- Estimating experience with a main contractor, ideally in the UAE or wider GCC- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar- Strong take off and measurement skills, confident with CostX or similar- Good understanding of the local supply chain and subcontractor market- Able to manage several live tenders at once and work to deadlines
