Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in the UAE seeks an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join the MEP team. The role requires 6–8 years in MEP/Mechanical Estimation, with strong focus on HVAC, plumbing and firefighting estimation and tender pricing.

The candidate will review drawings and specs, prepare BOQ and cost estimates, and manage tender processes and cost comparisons with subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–8 years experience in MEP/Mechanical Estimation.
• Strong estimation of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting.
• Experience with BOQ, cost estimates and tender pricing.

Responsibilities
