Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–8 years experience in MEP/Mechanical Estimation.
• Strong estimation of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting.
• Experience with BOQ, cost estimates and tender pricing.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, scope of work and tender documents.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and material take-offs.
• Engage in tendering, subcontractor/vendor quotations and cost comparison.
