Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of landscape and swimming pool project experience.
• Experience in design coordination, shop drawings, and on-site supervision.
• Familiarity with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of DM, Trakhees, DDA, and DCD regulations and approvals.
• Experience handling authority submissions and approvals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Aconex, SharePoint, and BOQ tools.

We are seeking an experiencedLandscape & Pool Engineerto oversee the design, coordination, execution, and quality control of landscape and swimming pool works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authority regulations, from concept design through construction and handover. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material quantity calculations for landscape and swimming pool works.
