Perfect Tools Industries is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join its manufacturing and engineering team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing engineering drawings, supporting tendering activities, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring accurate project planning and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Cost Analysis

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, machining, subcontracting, and production costs.
• Analyze manufacturing requirements and determine machining processes and resource needs.
• Estimate production hours, lead times, and project delivery schedules.
• Prepare commercial quotations and tender submissions for manufacturing projects.

Tendering & Project Planning

• Review tender documents including drawings, technical reports, specifications, and data sheets.
• Ensure all tender information is complete and accurately evaluated.
• Support sales and engineering teams during bid preparation and contract reviews.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding project requirements.

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Work closely with production teams to optimize manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain capacity planning reports, load charts, and work balance charts.
• Monitor production workloads and adjust schedules based on project priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Material & Resource Planning

• Plan raw material requirements and initiate procurement requests through ERP systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor resource utilization and support cost reduction initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Support operational improvements that increase productivity and profitability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in estimation, production planning, tendering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of production costing and manufacturing processes.
