Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Establishment Services Senior Specialist (Emirati Talent) to manage day-to-day establishment and regulatory activities, including trade-license renewals, permits, inspections and compliance with UAE government authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of UAE government relations or regulatory operations experience, with strong knowledge of licensing and civil-defence requirements and proven leadership abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of UAE government relations or establishment services experience.
• Knowledge of trade licensing, municipality permits and civil defence requirements.
• Experience supervising teams handling government transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise trade-license, permit and regulatory transactions (renewals, amendments, cancellations).
• Monitor workflows and submissions to government authorities across emirates.
• Coordinate inspections; ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with government entities; escalation point for regulatory issues.
• Lead, coach and assign tasks to associates; ensure SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain trackers for licenses, permits, inspections and compliance obligations.
• Train and onboard team on government portals and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular performance, compliance and operational reports.
