Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC is seeking a Government Relations Officer in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on renewal of licenses, registrations, and attending to MOHRE, DED, and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with government entities, prepare attestation of documents, and maintain strong external relationships. Responsibilities include handling trade license renewals, advertising permits, and ED-related activities while ensuring compliance and timely actions.

Qualifications

• Should be polite and presentable.
• Experience in PR functions.
• Pre-school certificate.
• Bio-lingual with excellent command in Arabic.
• Must be able to work under pressure with short/challenging deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Browsers.

Responsibilities

• Renewal of Trade License of Branches, offices, EBSU.
• Renewal of Trade License for Mashreq Main and subsidiaries.
• Address change and Transfer the TL activity in ED system- DM.
• Obtaining permits for advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Attestation of documents for Dubai Municipality and all action for ED related.
• Follow up with DED/SED management for E services.
• ATMs new, renewal permits.
• Signages renewal permit.
• Ensure adherence to the regulatory authorities and notify the Business unit on ED
• Develop good relationship with Government officials to ensure effective results.
• SCA related queries handling efficiently
