THE-TEAM is seeking a Director, Strategy & Consulting to lead the advisory workstream for a major esports revenue account. This senior, high-ownership role guides commercial strategy, positioning, pricing and packaging, while working with sales, partnerships and marketing.

You will balance priorities, provide external benchmarking and grow opportunities. The role emphasizes autonomy, insightful judgment and clear stakeholder management in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in shaping commercial strategy and advisory work.
• Proven ability to value, price and package rights and inventory.
• Experience advising senior clients and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and positioning for esports properties.
• Shape inventory and pricing structures; develop new rights and assets.
• Advise on live deals, negotiating levers and deal timing.
• Provide external benchmarking and market insights to drive growth.
