• Ability to turn complex commercial opportunities into clear positioning and deal structures.
• Strong storytelling and communication to present recommendations to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and positioning for a portfolio of esports properties.
• Shape and expand the commercial inventory and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Advise on priority live deals, rights mix, pricing, and deal structures.
• Provide thought leadership using benchmarking and market developments to drive growth.
• Drive innovation in delivery, tools, processes, and commercial models.
• Direct go-to-market strategy and sales enablement with core materials and narratives.
• Collaborate across sales, partnerships, product, events, content, broadcast, operations, finance and legal.
