Job summary

The·TEAM seeks a Director, Strategy & Consulting to lead advisory workstreams for a major esports account. You’ll shape commercial strategy, pricing, packaging and go-to-market approaches, working with sales, partnerships, marketing and legal to align opportunities and drive growth.

You’ll balance senior client expectations with pragmatic execution, using benchmarking and market insight to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities while guiding a cross-functional team to high-impact

Qualifications

• Excellent commercial judgement enabling clear positioning, pricing and packaging.
• Ability to challenge senior clients and stakeholders with a constructive point of view.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and positioning for a portfolio of esports properties.
• Shape inventory and revenue opportunities, including pricing and deal structures.
• Advise on live deals, assessing rights mix, fees and negotiation levers.
• Provide thought leadership using benchmarking and market insights.
• Drive new approaches, tools and models to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Direct go-to-market strategy and sales enablement with core materials.
• Collaborate across sales, partnerships, product, events, content, broadcast, operations, finance and legal.
• Turn learnings into practical pricing and packaging recommendations.
• Manage priorities and junior resources while maintaining quality.
