Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium seeks a Senior Manager – International ESG to lead ESG policy development and ensure subsidiaries worldwide align with our sustainability framework.

You will define KPIs, oversee data collection and reporting for global disclosures, and drive training, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance sustainability performance across regions. This role requires 12+ years in ESG with global experience and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility, with at least 5 years in a global or international context.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing ESG policies, procedures, or reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ESG policies across international subsidiaries.
• Define and establish measurable ESG KPIs aligned with global reporting framework.
• Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of ESG data for global disclosures.
• Engage subsidiary leadership and regional teams to foster a sustainability culture.
• Develop and deliver ESG training programs for subsidiary teams.
• Identify ESG risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Monitor global ESG trends and update policies and KPIs accordingly.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, legal and other departments to embed ESG in strategy.
