Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a technically strong female candidate to own day-to-day ERP operations and coordinate with senior developers. You will understand ERP/Odoo architecture, translate user needs into tasks, investigate bugs across code, logs and databases, and perform straightforward development with oversight when needed.

You will also manage basic Ubuntu/Linux server operations, logs, deployments and version control, while suggesting practical ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Practical ERP/Odoo development work must be shown.
• 1–3 years of genuine Odoo/ERP experience.
• Understand servers, logs and debugging across Python/XML/JS.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical tasks.
• Willingness to work with Codex/AI coding tools and validate output.
• Hands-on bug tracing and basic development/fixes independently.

Responsibilities

Job description

The ideal target range for a candidate with 1–3 years of genuine Odoo/ERP experience who can trace bugs, handle minor development and fixes independently, understand servers and logs, and clearly escape complex technical tasks to senior developers.

We need a smart, energetic and technically strong female resource to take day-to-day technical ownership of our ERP system and coordinate with senior developers.

Core Responsibilities

• Understand the existing ERP/Odoo architecture, modules, customizations and business workflows.

• Understand where functionality exists in Python, XML, JavaScript and PostgreSQL.

• Receive requirements directly from users and convert them into clear technical tasks.

• Investigate bugs through code, logs, database and server instead of simply forwarding complaints.

• Handle straightforward development/fixes independently.

• Use Codex/AI coding tools to accelerate development and troubleshooting while understanding and validating the generated code.

• Identify the likely root cause and elevate complex issues to senior developers with proper technical findings.

• Test fixes and confirm that existing functionality is not affected.

• Suggest practical ERP improvements instead of only reacting to reported problems.

• Manage basic Ubuntu/Linux server operations, services, logs, deployments, backups and troubleshooting.

• Understand Git/version control and maintain proper development testing production workflow.

• Coordinate daily ERP work and follow issues through to completion.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Odoo/ERP development understanding is important, including:

• She does not need to be a senior developer or architect, but must understand the complete technical flow well enough to know:

• Candidate should show real ERP/Odoo development work and explain exactly what she personally implemented.

• During the interview give her a real ERP issue and ask her to:

• Find the relevant module/code investigate logs/database identify probable root cause explain the fix decide whether she can implement it herself or should accelerate it.
