Job summary

Euclidz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Dubai, UAE, seeks a strong Odoo consultant with sharp analytical skills to drive technical design decisions for Odoo ERP solutions.

You will collaborate with functional analysts and project managers to design and deliver new systems, processes and solutions across business domains. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo MVC architecture and Python skills.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of core modules: Sales, Purchase, Operations, Accounting, Manufacturing, QWeb reporting and dashboards.
• Good understanding of HRMS, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, eCommerce, CRM and Procurement.
• Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions and write technical and functional documentation.
• Prepare UAT documents and testcases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules, and deliver large, complex engagements for clients across industries.
• Own Odoo development end to end: requirement analysis, time estimation, code review, testing, performance tuning, stability, security and on-time delivery.
• Act as the bridge between functional and technical teams, so requirements are understood and feasibility is clear.
• Manage customization, code migration, data migration and import, reports, output documents, UAT, functional testing, automation tests and unit tests.
• Monitor the live system proactively, find the root cause and severity of failures, and coordinate fixes with the delivery, business process and technical teams.
• Plan tasks, estimate effort and track progress for the project manager, and guide the team through complex issues.
• Direct the developer team and make sure best practices are followed and quality is high.
• Lead Odoo application enhancements.
• Run team meetings, assign action items and follow up until deadlines are met.
• Give regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Act as subject matter expert, counsellor and coach for ERP implementation.
• Help with staffing, recruitment and retention.
• Keep the ERP system updated so it gives accurate results and supports the business.
