Job summary

Amana Group in Dubai is seeking an ERP Systems Engineer to lead implementation and optimization of the Odoo ERP platform across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and maintenance. You will bridge business needs with the external implementation partner, configuring modules and minimizing custom code.

After go-live, you will own administration, ongoing improvements, and platform optimization, provide training, and support integrations with SolidWorks, PLM/PDM,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP systems, preferably Odoo, across multiple business functions.
• Ability to gather and document requirements from diverse departments.
• Experience integrating ERP with PLM/PDM, BI tools, and manufacturing systems.

Role Summary: The ERP Systems Engineer will lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the company's Odoo ERP platform. The role will act as the bridge between company business functions and the external Odoo implementation partner, ensuring business requirements are translated into system configurations supporting manufacturing, engineering, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and maintenance operations with minimal customization. Following implementation, the engineer will own administration, continuous improvement, and platform optimization.
