Job summary

Yello in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead IT Project Manager to drive technology-enabled business improvement across SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX environments. You will lead projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will partner with business functions to deliver process improvements and digital transformation, evaluate new technologies, and support IT governance with vendor management, budgeting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 7-10 years' experience in IT project management, enterprise applications or related environment.
• Strong hands-on SAP and ERP experience including Microsoft AX.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects with operating technology requirements.
• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Microsoft Dynamics are advantageous.

• Own and optimise key business applications, including SAP, ERP and Microsoft AX, while supporting application lifecycle management.
• Partner with business functions to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions, providing recommendations on adoption, upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Support IT governance through vendor management, reporting, budgeting, compliance and the development of robust policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years' experience within IT project management, enterprise applications or a closely related environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and ERP environments, including Microsoft AX.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering IT projects alongside managing operational technology requirements.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills; SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous
