Job summary

Texve Pvt Ltd in Dubai seeks an experienced ERP IT Application Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance functional expertise to bridge finance processes and IT solutions.

The role collaborates with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT teams to analyze requirements, map As-Is/To-Be processes, configure D365 F&O Finance, and support ERP implementations and enhancements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong functional experience in D365 Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance and other stakeholders.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, support and troubleshoot D365 F&O Finance functionality.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, VAT, Period Closing and Cost Accounting.
• Understand integration between Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Production.
• Support ERP implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, go-live and post‑go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, SOPs and user guides.
• Coordinate with D365 F&O implementation partners and technical teams.
• Provide user training and functional support.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, controls and system efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced ERP IT Application Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance functional expertise.

The role will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and IT teams to understand business requirements, improve processes, support D365 F&O and deliver effective ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment.

• Support ERP implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, SOPs and user guides.
• Coordinate with D365 F&O implementation partners and technical teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, controls and system efficiency.

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably furniture, joinery, cabinetry or similar industries.
• Experience with Production Costing, Inventory Valuation and Manufacturing Finance.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT.
• D365 F&O Finance certification is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP integrations and Power BI is an advantage.

Education
