Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an experienced ERP IT Application Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance functional expertise to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge business requirements, finance processes and IT solutions, collaborating with IT Applications Manager and stakeholders to deliver effective ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Strong functional experience in D365 Finance.
Good understanding of SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Production.
Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects.
Strong As-Is / To-Be process mapping and business analysis skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from Finance and other business stakeholders.
Document As-Is and To-Be processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Configure, support and troubleshoot D365 F&O Finance functionality.
Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Financial Dimensions, VAT, Period Closing and Cost Accounting.
Understand integration between Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Production.
Support ERP implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, SOPs and user guides.
Coordinate with D365 F&O implementation partners and technical teams.
Provide user training and functional support.
Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, controls and system efficiency.
