Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai seeks a Business Analyst with ERP expertise (SAP B1 preferred) to analyze processes, design solutions, and drive ERP deployment across finance, supply chain, procurement, HR and manufacturing.

You will partner with stakeholders, IT and ERP vendors to configure systems, document As-Is/To-Be processes, create blueprints, test configurations, and enable scalable growth in a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years as Business Analyst with ERP implementation experience, preferably SAP B1.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and core business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing).
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specs, and user stories.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and data analysis (SQL, Crystal Reports).
• SAP B1 certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze, document, and assess business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using ERP solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of functional requirements and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT teams to configure and implement ERP systems tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Expertise in the documentation process and conversion of As Is Process and To Be Process and Blueprint Document
• Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and industry best practices to propose continuous improvements.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
