Job summary

Algorithms, a technology partner for the construction industry, is expanding its ERP footprint in the Middle East with Xpedeon ERP solutions and a strong regional presence. The Business Development role targets growth in Riyadh, Muscat, and UAE, engaging clients in construction, contracting and real estate sectors.

You will lead discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and drive revenue by closing new opportunities and building lasting partnerships across the UAE and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience in software/ERP or enterprise tech.
• Bachelor's degree in BA/Marketing/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms and project management software.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, digital channels, and outbound prospecting.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to showcase the value of Xpedeon ERP solutions.

Relevant Experience:

3 to 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in software, ERP, or enterprise technology solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of ERP systems or construction/project management software will be an advantage. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
