Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a construction environment in UAE with epoxy flooring or coatings.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and coating processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to deliver high-quality epoxy coating outcomes.
• Maintain production and manpower records by area.
• Prepare material consumption reports.
• Prepare technical reports for coating failures and repairs.
• Ensure proper application techniques and material mixing per specs.
• Train and mentor coating applicators for correct methods and safety.
• Coordinate with project teams for safe and successful delivery.
• Undertake other duties as required by management.
