Job summary

The Cigna Group, via Cigna Healthcare MEA, seeks a Third-Party Management Senior Advisor to oversee risk governance and regulatory compliance across MEA outsourcing activities. You will coordinate with Finance, Global Procurement, Third-Party Management, and Shared Services to drive value, negotiate supplier contracts, and strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, legal, operations, or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 11 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, third-party management, global procurement, supplier governance, operations, or related management roles.
• Strong knowledge of the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, due diligence, contracting, governance, performance management, and payment.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities for MEA across assigned spend categories to deliver cost savings, risk reduction, improved service outcomes, and fit-for-purpose supplier solutions.
• Provide strategic direction and governance for MEA supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, risk oversight, and governance reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand portfolio requirements and deliver supplier-focused solutions.
• Act as primary contact for governance and regulatory compliance related to outsourcing and third-party arrangements.
