Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group, a global urban infrastructure consultancy, invites expressions of interest for a Program Controller role in Dubai. This full-time UAE-based position focuses on planning, scheduling, and performance reporting across multiple workstreams in a metro rolling stock project context.

Key duties include developing schedules with Primavera P6, monitoring progress, delivering dashboards and S-curves, and supporting earned value analysis and cost loading.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in project controls/scheduling for metro rail or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and integrated project delivery.
• Experience with GCC/UAE preferred; familiarity with RTA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Monitor progress, identify delays and propose recovery strategies
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports and S-curves for senior management and stakeholders
• Support cost loading, earned value analysis and resource planning

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role:

The Program Controller will be responsible for project planning scheduling progress monitoring and performance reporting across all workstreams. This role ensures alignment between design procurement construction and commissioning activities enabling timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent


• Monitor progress identify delays and propose recovery strategies


• Prepare dashboards progress reports and S-curves for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Engineering or Project Management


• Minimum 15 years experience in project controls/scheduling for metro rail or infrastructure projects


• Expert in Primavera P6 MS Project and project controls tools


• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and integrated project delivery


• Prior UAE or GCC experience preferred; familiarity with RTA procedures is an advantage
