Job summary

Surbana Jurong Dubai invites expressions of interest for the OCS / SCADA / telecom engineer role, leading technical delivery and coordination of overhead catenary systems within the metro project. The position is UAE-based and requires extensive experience in rail/metro OCS SCADA and communications.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams and OEMs to ensure interfaces meet RTA requirements, safety standards and KPIs, and you will contribute to integration into the central operational

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Electrical Electronics or Systems Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years experience in rail/metro OCS SCADA and communication systems.
• Proven track record on GCC-based metro/rail projects; RTA experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IEC IEEE and EN international standards.
• Strong coordination reporting and interface management skills.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full‑time UAE‑based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role:

The OCS / SCADA / Communication Engineer will lead the technical delivery and coordination of Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and communications subsystems. The role is integral to ensuring successful integration across various rolling stock and infrastructure systems.
