Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager / Rolling Stock Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and delivery of rolling stock. You will coordinate planning, scheduling and technical teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc/BSc in Engineering with 15 years in rail project management; GCC experience is required and RTA exposure is preferred.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The Project Manager / Rolling Stock Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of rolling stock procurement and implementation. The role demands leadership technical proficiency and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success in compliance with international standards and RTA requirements.
