Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related science is required.
- ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor certification is required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant environmental management experience in construction is expected; Middle East/Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitors the implementation of the ALDAR Environmental Management System and regulatory requirements.
- Conducts site environmental inspections and audits.
- Verifies and checks site observation closeout reports, environmental reports and related processes.
- Promotes environmental awareness by supporting Client and KBR initiatives.
- Coordinates with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Provides guidance on environmental requirements and helps resolve related issues.
- Assists in preparing monthly environmental project monitoring plans.
