Your engineering background and industry experience will ensure quality, safety, and premium service delivery across all landscaping projects. You will drive tenders, negotiations, and long-term growth initiatives with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil, Landscape, Agricultural or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Landscaping, Gardening design, construction, maintenance or business operations.
• Dubai/UAE market knowledge and standards preferred.
• Bilingual Arabic-English highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure new Landscaping/Gardening contracts and projects across sectors.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Lead tenders, presentations and negotiations from pitch to signed agreement.
• Apply engineering expertise to ensure safety, design specs and best practices.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: site assessment, planning, design, installation, planting, handover, maintenance.
• Manage budgets, optimize costs and maximize profitability.
• Track performance and grow the business strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure new Landscaping Gardening contracts and projects across all sectors
• Build relationships with property owners developers facility managers consultants contractors and government authorities
• Lead tenders presentations and negotiations from initial pitch to signed agreement
• Apply your engineering expertise to ensure all works meet safety standards design specifications and industry best practices
• Oversee full project lifecycle site assessment planning design material selection installation planting handover and maintenance
• Manage budgets optimize costs and maximize profitability
• Track performance and grow the business strategically

Required Qualifications

• Experience
• Engineering degree Civil Landscape Agricultural Horticultural or related discipline
• Proven hands on experience in Landscaping Gardening design construction maintenance or business operations
• Relevant Facility Management experience preferred and valued
• Track record in business development client acquisition or project management
• Strong knowledge of landscaping materials plant species irrigation systems and maintenance protocols
• Familiarity with Dubai UAE market and standards
• Bilingual Arabic English highly preferred
