Qualifications

• 6–8 years in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in F&B/Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality industry.
• Strong English communication; interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Entertainment assigned site operations and ensure operational and administrative activities.
• Ensures site operates in line with SOPs and MAF policies and guidelines.
• Monitors performance against operations budgets and reports variances.
• Creates and maintains a customer-focused environment with end-user feedback and NPS.
• Owns customer escalations, root cause analysis, and issue resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Works with the HSE team to uphold service delivery standards and drive improvement.
• Maintains cost management by achieving EBITDA and Net Profit targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Guides team through operational issues to resolve matters within agreed timelines.
