Job summary

Fortis in Dubai seeks a product professional to own the Master Dashboard end to end for enterprise clients, shaping vision, roadmap, backlog and the economics behind decisions. You will grow the management layer for merchant networks under an Enterprise account, handling onboarding, configuration and access rights.

You will automate manual processes, quantify impact on revenue and cost, and support presales with feasibility assessments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product role (Product Owner / Product Manager) in B2B with corporate clients.
• Experience building products for corporations: fintech, payments, retail tech, enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering large client requests from idea to release under deadlines.
• Hands-on with AI agents and LLM tooling in product work.
• Ability to quantify revenue and cost impacts of decisions.
• English Advanced (C1).
• Identify decision-makers inside corporations and build relationships.
• Strong verbal communication in meetings and presentations.
• Independent and proactive, with a product-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Dashboard end to end: vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities and the economics behind decisions.
• Grow the management layer for merchant networks under an Enterprise account: onboarding, configuration, access rights, settings.
• Automate reports and exports into self-service in the client cabinet.
• Quantify the impact of your decisions on revenue and cost.
• Support presales on the product side: unpack requests, assess feasibility, shape scope of work.
• Find the real need behind client requests and propose fast, cheaper solutions.
• Hold deadlines with clients and ship projects on promised dates.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, including in person.
• Work directly with one fullstack engineer: write requirements and take tasks to production in days.
• Use AI agents in product work, from requirements through to prototypes.
• Coordinate with adjacent teams on changes corporate clients need.
