Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise digital products and platforms within government or enterprise environments.

You will define vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization, working with senior stakeholders across architecture, cybersecurity, data, and engineering, leveraging Cloud, SaaS, GenAI, LLMs, automation, and analytics to deliver scalable, secure products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, AI, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional Digital Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years leading enterprise-scale digital products or government tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and value realization aligned with priorities.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, policies, and regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and adoption.
• Apply modern Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevSecOps, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Own and prioritise product backlogs based on insights, value, and objectives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Procurement, UI/UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver secure, integrated products.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, secure-by-design platform capabilities with governance and compliance.
• Identify and integrate AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics use cases into products.
• Define AI governance, ROI measurement, and adoption strategies.
