Job summary

Fortis in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead enterprise product initiatives. You will own the Master Dashboard end to end, drive a roadmap for corporate clients, and turn reports into self-service features inside the client cabinet.

The role requires strong BI, AI tooling experience, and a track record delivering for large clients. You will work closely with a fullstack engineer, support presales, and build executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product role serving corporate clients.
• Experience building products for corporations: fintech, payments, retail tech, enterprise SaaS.
• Track record delivering large client requests from idea to release under deadlines.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents and LLM tooling in product work.
• Ability to quantify revenue and cost impact of decisions.
• English level: Advanced (C1).

What you will be doing

Own the product

• Own the Master Dashboard end to end: vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities and the economics behind decisions.
• Grow the management layer for merchant networks under an Enterprise account: onboarding, configuration, access rights, settings.
• Automate what is assembled by hand today: turn reports and exports into self-service inside the client cabinet.
• Quantify the impact of your decisions on both revenue and cost.

Work with large clients

• Support presales on the product side: unpack the request, assess feasibility, shape the solution and the scope of work.
• Find the real need behind what the client asked for, and propose the solution that closes it faster and cheaper.
• Hold the deadlines agreed with clients and ship projects on the dates promised.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, including in person.

Ship fast

• Work directly with one fullstack engineer: write the requirements and take a task from idea to production in days.
• Use AI agents in product work, from requirements through to prototypes.
• Agree with adjacent teams on the changes corporate clients need.

What we are looking for

Hard Skills

• 3+ years in a product role (Product Owner / Product Manager) in B2B, specifically working with corporate clients.
• Experience at a company that builds products for corporations: fintech, payments, retail tech, enterprise SaaS.
• A track record of taking a large client request from idea to release under a deadline commitment.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents and LLM tooling in product work.
• Able to quantify the economics of a decision: revenue and cost.
• English Advanced (C1).

Soft Skills

• You can identify who makes the decision inside a corporation and build that relationship.
• Strong verbal communication: you are comfortable in meetings, presentations and informal settings.
• Independence: you bring expertise rather than waiting to be brought up to speed.
• A product mindset: you do not take a request into work before you understand the problem behind it.

Nice to have

• Payments, acquiring, POS systems, fiscalisation, retail analytics.
• Multi-tenant platforms, master dashboards, billing and commission calculation.
• GCC / MENA market experience.
• Presales and proposal work.
• Russian language.
