Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Performance Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 10–15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise performance management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise KPI frameworks, organizational scorecards, and performance management systems.
• Strong expertise in KPI definition, target setting, data validation, performance measurement, and management reporting.
• Practical experience developing executive dashboards and translating complex data into meaningful management insights.
• Demonstrated experience conducting root-cause analysis and managing performance improvement actions.
• Understanding of benefits realization, outcome measurement, and organizational value assessment.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and executive presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously enhance the enterprise performance management framework, including KPI standards and governance.
• Translate objectives into measurable KPIs, targets, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop a corporate KPI catalogue with definitions, baselines, targets, owners, and reporting frequencies.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and consolidation of performance data across departments.
• Develop executive dashboards, organizational scorecards, and performance reports.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify underperformance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct performance analysis, root-cause assessments, and benchmarking.
• Facilitate periodic enterprise performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations.
• Establish corrective-action tracking with ownership and follow-up.
• Develop a benefits and value realization framework to assess outcomes of strategic initiatives.
• Define and monitor financial, operational, service-quality, and organizational value indicators.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to connect delivery with results.
• Promote accountability, data consistency, and continuous improvement.
