Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Enterprise Portfolio Management professional to establish and lead a structured portfolio capability across complex programs, projects, strategic initiatives, transformation activities and capital projects.

The role requires building governance, prioritization, delivery oversight, risk management and executive reporting to translate priorities into well-governed initiatives with measurable progress and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience establishing or managing enterprise portfolio management frameworks.
• Strong governance, prioritization, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
• Certification such as PMP, PgMP PfMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain an enterprise portfolio management framework across programs, projects, and capital initiatives.
• Develop a consolidated portfolio register with objectives, milestones, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Set up portfolio governance structures, stage-gate processes, approvals and escalation.
• Support prioritization and sequencing based on strategic relevance, capacity, urgency, risk and value.
• Review business cases to assess feasibility, readiness, resources and risks.
• Monitor delivery performance against scope, schedules, costs, milestones and benefits.
• Identify portfolio risks, cross-department dependencies and competing priorities.
• Create executive dashboards and management reports for decision making.
• Facilitate portfolio review meetings and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance.
• Support benefits realization tracking with performance management teams.
• Promote consistent project and program management practices across the organization.
