Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own post-sales relationships with enterprise customers in the UAE, guiding deployments and ensuring successful integration of cybersecurity solutions. The TAM will bridge customer needs with product capabilities, collaborating with Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Key duties include leading hands-on deployments, monitoring technical health, and delivering workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Strong background in cybersecurity tools and principles (endpoint protection, SIEM/SOAR, firewalls, IAM, cloud security).
• Hands-on system integration and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), on Linux/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise clients.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions (cloud, hybrid, on-premises).
• Conduct on-site visits to guide implementation and deliver technical workshops or training.
