Job summary

Quorum Software in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager for the Middle East to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and assure a positive experience with Quorum Products and Services.

You will drive customer health, renewals, and value realization through collaboration with sales, delivery, and product teams, while aligning on strategic plans and milestones across a dynamic, fast-growing energy technology environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or 4-year degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in customer service or account management.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and develop onboarding plans.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly customer touchpoints.
• Manage account escalations and renewals.
• Monitor customer health and reporting.
• Coordinate with sales on opportunities.
• Drive CSAT initiatives and customer feedback loops.
• Develop customer action plans and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams.
