Job summary

cander, an AI technology consultancy, seeks an Integration Engineer to connect AI agents with CRM, ticketing, contact-centre, messaging, and voice platforms in an onsite Abu Dhabi setting. You will build reliable integrations that ensure customer interactions and histories flow across channels.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on CRM expertise with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or Zoho. English is mandatory; Arabic and cloud experience are a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of software/platform engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zoho or similar CRM
Strong REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and event-driven integrations
Production experience with Python or TypeScript
Experience working in enterprise/client environments
English required
Nice to have: Genesys/Avaya/Amazon Connect, WhatsApp Business, speech services, Azure/AWS and Arabic.
