Job summary

Persian Horizon in Dubai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to design, analyze, and build systems for an Advanced CRM & Sales Intelligence platform. This on-site/hybrid role expects ownership beyond coding, with a focus on scalable API-based architectures and real-world integrations.

You will work across backend and frontend interfaces, leveraging microservices, AI APIs, and secure integrations while aligning with CRM business flows and data strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture / SOLID principles.
• Advanced SQL Server (Database Design, Performance) and MongoDB.
• Real Full-Stack capability (Backend-focused, but able to handle frontend integration).
• Experience with Redis / Caching and BackgroundServices / Workers.
• Strong Async programming & performance optimization.
• Hands-on APIs integration and API design.
• Experience with JWT / OAuth security.
• Hands-on AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) integration.
• Frontend basics with React / Vue / Angular for API consumption.
• CRM systems, sales pipelines, and business logic analysis.
• Git, code reviews, and basic testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable API-based systems.
• Work with third-party APIs and payment gateway integrations.
• Develop AI integrations into real systems for automation and analysis.
• Collaborate on system-level decisions beyond coding.
• Consume APIs and build functional UI with frontend frameworks.
• Ensure maintainable, clean, and scalable code for CRM platforms.
