You will identify high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions, design practical solutions (predictive analytics, automation, IoT-enabled systems), and build MVPs and pilots to scale successful initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining AI and automation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience designing actionable AI use cases across operations and support functions.
• Hands-on work with AI/ML, data analytics and Python-based development.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI and automation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Identify and prioritise high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions.
• Design and deploy practical solutions (predictive analytics, automation, IoT-enabled systems).
• Build and test MVPs and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia).
• Bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution.
