Job summary

Quantum Talent Group in the UAE is seeking a hands-on Lead – AI Engineering, Automation & Digital Transformation to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption from strategy to production.

You will lead cross-functional teams and architect end-to-end AI solutions using Python, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Databricks and automation tools while ensuring governance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across AI/ML, automation and digital transformation.
• Leadership of cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency with Python and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud AI services: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks.
• Skills with Power Automate, UiPath and Azure AI services.
• Knowledge of RAG, MLOps, document intelligence and workflow automation.
• Ability to integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM and BI platforms.
• Focus on Responsible AI, security and governance.
• Use-case discovery, business-case development and measurable ROI.
