Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales, work directly with customer teams, and design bespoke integration solutions to demonstrate value.

You’ll craft technical demos, develop enablement resources, and build self-service tools to empower customers. A strong Python background and excellent communication are essential for success in this globally distributed, AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about AI and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers and providing tailored support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Solid technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience working with customers, even in non-traditional settings, is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process.
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations communicating product value.
• Create enablement resources to improve sales team technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation empowering customers to implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to implement them.
