Deeplight is seeking an executive-ready Data for AI Lead to own enterprise data foundations for AI, ML, and analytics across major banking engagements in Dubai. You will bridge raw data assets and high-value AI capabilities, defining model data requirements and establishing governance across real-time digital journeys.

You will present to C-level clients, audit AI delivery claims, and challenge timelines, ensuring data quality drives successful deployments with regional regulators in mind.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of technology leadership in data architecture, data science, or AI platform delivery.
• 4+ years leading data foundations or governance for AI/ML initiatives in consultancies or enterprise banks.
• Retail Banking data platforms or AI use cases experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts to executive sponsors.

Aufgaben

• Audit core banking databases and event streams for AI readiness and remediate gaps.
• Define exact model data requirements and data contracts for AI deployments.
• Evaluate Generative AI, RAG, and predictive ML use cases for feasibility and ROI.
• Embed responsible AI data governance, including PDPL and regulatory controls.
• Present SteerCo packs, challenge timelines, and diagnose data-driven delays.
