Job summary

Deeplight seeks an authoritative Data Architecture Lead to serve as the Design Authority for the enterprise data estate across banking engagements in Dubai. You will define target architecture, govern change, and defend design integrity with senior stakeholders.

You will guide data modeling standards, roadmaps, and governance while architecting high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines supporting real-time mobile banking and digital customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture experience defining enterprise data strategies.
• Retail Banking expertise within RBG environments.
• Experience supporting client-facing digital journeys and real-time data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as Estate Design Authority for the enterprise data estate and ensure alignment.
• Define and maintain enterprise target data architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead the Design Authority governance board for solution designs before build.
• Architect high-throughput data pipelines and real-time data flows for mobile/digital journeys.
• Review SteerCo packs and defend designs that meet target state.
• Evaluate cost estimates and CRs to ensure architectural justification.
