Job summary

Americana Foods seeks a visionary Lead - AI Engineering, Automation & Digital Transformation to drive AI adoption and automation across the business. You will lead AI/ML engineering teams, architect scalable AI/ML platforms, and oversee the deployment of intelligent automation across functions.

The role collaborates with CxO offices and IT leadership to deliver ROI-driven digital initiatives, governance, and responsible AI practices within a fast-moving FMCG context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering, automation, and digital transformation.
• Proven leadership in managing AI/automation teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Expertise in Python, LLM frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph), Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and API/microservices integration.
• Strong proficiency in RPA and workflow platforms (Power Automate, UiPath), Azure AI services, and MLOps tooling.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, automation developers, and digital transformation specialists.
• Architect, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions and agentic AI platforms across the enterprise.
• Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions (RPA, workflow orchestration, document intelligence).
• Build, fine-tune, and operationalize ML/GenAI models with robust MLOps practices.
• Drive the digital transformation roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases and delivering measurable ROI.
• Establish Responsible AI governance including bias monitoring, explainability, security, and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Oversee integration of AI agents into ERP/CRM/BI platforms with data security.
