Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field; Masters preferred.
• Practical expertise in ML models and data processing.
• Proven experience scaling technology solutions and understanding system architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to quality and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution deployment to deliver business value.
• Own technology projects from initiation to completion within time and budget.
• Oversee data management, quality, governance and analytics.
• Provide technical guidance on SDLC, architecture and integration.
• Assess technology capabilities and develop upgrade roadmaps.
• Drive automation initiatives across departments with pilots.
• Translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership by aligning tech strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate vendors and manage relationships and due diligence.
• Oversee external consultants and vendors to ensure delivery.
