Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the assigned curriculum using modern teaching strategies and engaging classroom practices
• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons that support different learning abilities and student needs
• Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent learning
• Maintain lesson plans, attendance records, curriculum documentation, and assessment plans
• Assess, monitor, and report on student academic development and learning progress
• Use educational technology and multimedia tools to enhance classroom learning experiences
• Support students with varied academic abilities including ESL learners, late-entry students, and gifted learners
• Promote student wellbeing and provide guidance on educational and academic matters
• Maintain strong classroom management practices to ensure safe and respectful student behavior
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials, curriculum plans, and student support strategies
• Participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities including school events, competitions, and student programs
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and development
• Participate in professional development programs, staff meetings, and school committees
• Assist with examination invigilation, class supervision, and other administrative school responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent
• Experience delivering structured curriculum in an international or British curriculum school environment
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Passion for teaching and supporting student learning and development
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
