You will handle a high volume of calls and inquiries, counsel on program fit, admissions requirements, and financial aid, and record information in our system.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work first/second shifts, rotating Saturdays, and occasional overtime.
• Reliable internet connection (non-satellite).
