Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent communication, arithmetic, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must not be in default on any federal student or parent loan
• Must not have a criminal record involving federal or state fund fraud

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with financial aid programs (PELL, FSEOG, FWS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Banner and Bizflow software
• Fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language
