Job summary

GEMS Royal Dubai School in Dubai is seeking an Admission Assistant to start January 2027. You will support families through the admissions process and help create a welcoming, efficient enrolment experience for prospective students.

You will work with the Registrar to explain procedures, update the Salesforce database, and ensure enrolment targets are met while complying with KHDA and GEMS policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum two years in a customer service focused role.
Ability to influence the team to deliver quality results and meet targets.
Strong relationship management with parents and peers.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meet prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees and regulations.
Update and manage the Salesforce database with current student data.
Support annual enrolment processes and timetables, including re-enrolment and registrations.
Coordinate with the Compliance officer to verify Transfer Certificates and visa details.
Follow up offers, respond to enquiries, and book assessments within agreed timeframes.
Maintain files for all applicants and students, including exits and alumni records.
