Responsibilities
- Assess students’ ability, learning profile, interests, and enrichment goals.
- Design personalised programmes for gifted and high-potential learners.
- Teach concepts beyond current curriculum.
- Develop logical reasoning, problem-solving and mathematical creativity.
- Introduce enrichment topics: number theory, combinatorics, modeling, geometry, probability, algebra.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and competitions.
- Use puzzles and projects to encourage independent thinking.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with Simone’s Tutoring specialists.

Freelance / Commission-Based
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Enrichment / Gifted Maths Tutorto challenge high-achieving and mathematically gifted students through advanced, creative, and intellectually stimulating learning experiences. You will provide personalised tuition that extends beyond the standard curriculum, developing mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, logical thinking, and confidence while preparing learners for competitions, gifted programmes, advanced coursework, and future STEM studies.
- Assess students’ mathematical ability, learning profile, interests, and enrichment goals
- Design personalised programmes for gifted, advanced, and high-potential mathematics learners
- Teach advanced mathematical concepts beyond the learner’s current year-level curriculum
- Develop logical reasoning, mathematical creativity, pattern recognition, and complex problem-solving skills
- Introduce enrichment topics such as number theory, combinatorics, mathematical modelling, advanced geometry, probability, and algebra
- Prepare students for mathematics Olympiads, challenge competitions, scholarship assessments, and gifted education programmes
- Use puzzles, investigations, projects, and open-ended problems to encourage independent thinking
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with Simone’s Tutoring specialists to support broader academic and STEM development
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
- MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching advanced, gifted, or enrichment mathematics
- Strong mathematical knowledge beyond the standard school curriculum
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related discipline
- PGCE, B.Ed., or recognised teaching qualification
- Experience preparing students for mathematics Olympiads, UKMT challenges, AMC, Kangaroo Maths, or similar competitions
- Training or experience in gifted and talented education
Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.
