Simone's Tutoring seeks a highly qualified Specialized Maths Tutor to deliver targeted mathematics instruction across primary to university levels. You will assess gaps, tailor programmes, and teach online or face‑to‑face, covering topics from algebra to calculus and statistics, with focus on examination preparation and advanced study readiness.
The role requires MOHRE Tutor Permit eligibility, at least 3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills.

We are seeking a highly qualified and versatile Specialized Maths Tutor to provide advanced, targeted, and personalised mathematics instruction to learners across primary, secondary, university, and professional levels.
The successful candidate will specialise in one or more mathematical areas such as advanced algebra, calculus, statistics, probability, discrete mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematical modelling, financial mathematics, engineering mathematics, competition mathematics, or university-level quantitative methods.
Applicants should clearly identify their subject specialisations, curricula, examination boards, age groups, and highest level of mathematics they are qualified to teach.
Assess learners’ mathematical knowledge, learning gaps, strengths, and academic goals
Develop personalised mathematics programmes aligned with each learner’s curriculum and level
Deliver one-to‑one and small‑group lessons online or face‑to‑face
Teach specialised mathematical concepts with clarity and precision
Support learners across British, American, IB, Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, UAE MOE, CBSE, ICSE, university, and professional pathways where qualified
Teach algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, probability, number theory, discrete mathematics, or other areas within the tutor’s expertise
Support advanced learners preparing for high‑level academic study
Prepare students for GCSE, IGCSE, O Level, A Level, IB, AP, SAT, ACT, university entrance, and other recognised examinations where qualified
Support university students in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, finance, business, data science, and quantitative modules
Develop mathematical reasoning, proof, modelling, and problem‑solving skills
Use visual, numerical, symbolic, graphical, and practical approaches to explain complex ideas
Support learners with examination strategy, time management, and error analysis
Teach effective use of approved calculators, graphing tools, spreadsheets, and mathematical software
Provide extension work for gifted or high‑achieving learners
Adapt instruction for learners with mathematics anxiety or mild learning differences within an educational scope
Monitor progress through diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment
Provide regular feedback and study recommendations
Communicate with parents, schools, or adult learners regarding goals and progress
Maintain safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Mathematics Education, or a related quantitative field
MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain
Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching or tutoring Mathematics
Demonstrated subject expertise in at least one specialised mathematics area
Strong problem‑solving and analytical ability
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Master’s degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics Education, or a related discipline
PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching advanced secondary or university‑level mathematics
Experience preparing students for competitive examinations or mathematics Olympiads
Experience with mathematical software such as GeoGebra, MATLAB, Mathematica, R, Python, Desmos, or equivalent
Published research, academic teaching, or industry experience involving advanced mathematics
Experience working with gifted and talented learners
Tutors providing private mathematics instruction in the UAE must hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation.
Applicants must teach only the mathematical levels and specialist areas in which they can demonstrate verified academic or professional competence.

Compensation
Earn 60% commission on all checked‑in, completed, and fully paid student lessons and packages.
Commission is calculated after the student’s payment has been received by Simone's Tutoring.
Payments are processed monthly.
Tutors are engaged as independent contractors and manage their own tax and visa obligations.
Additional earnings may be available through workshops, holiday programmes, group classes, and corporate training opportunities.
